「神經生物學及行為特論」 (博士班)及「行為生理學專題討論」 (碩士班)課程，因人數關係採合班授課方式進行。本課程之目標為使研究生瞭解行為生理學的內涵，由生理學的角度，從神經系統和內分泌系統的功能機轉探究行為的表現。
本課程計30小時，每週授課2小時。內容包括Introduction to behavioral physiology 、Nervous system、Endocrine system、Sex determination and differentiation、Sex differences in behavior、Male reproductive behavior、Female reproductive behavior、Parental behavior、Affiliative and aggressive behavior、Biological rhythms、Stress及Mood等，教師講演22小時，選課同學報告8小時。每位同學需參預兩篇文獻之報告。而同一篇論文係由兩位同學共同研讀合作，製作slide，分別進行口頭報告，由全體同學參加討論。

成績考評之方式係根據選課學生在期末所完成繳交的一份有關行為生理學的研究計劃書及學期中間兩次口頭報告之表現與以評定。
